Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was an overall delightful experience. The rooms were gorgeous and very clean, located at the front of the hotel, and provided a fabulous large room with an amazing wet room including a spacious shower and deep bath. Despite a minor leak issue, the room was still spacious and comfortable.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location, with great amenities and helpful staff. However, some noise disruptions affected the room comfort. Overall, a pleasant stay with good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delights and drawbacks. The rooms were enormous and well-equipped, but the noise level was a bit high at times. Although not as luxurious as other hotels in a similar price range, the bathroom with the oversized bath made up for it. The service was courteous and friendly, even though some suggestions were not the most practical. The location, while needing a bit of a lift, was taken care of by the attentive staff, ensuring a pleasant stay. The dining experience was fantastic, with delicious breakfasts and an overall calm atmosphere. The facilities were up to par, offering a range of amenities to enhance the stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms exceeded my expectations in terms of facilities and comfort, but the noise and maintenance issues were disappointing. The service was good, but not exceptional, with a few hiccups. The location was ideal for my needs, but there were some noise disturbances. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room was absolutely gorgeous, full of light, with a really comfortable bed and excellent shower, but it was near a door of constant thoroughfare followed by hammering around nine, which was a bit disruptive. The service, despite detailed knowledge of the menu, had a hiccup as they did not print out the account for me. The location, though having a stately feel, needed an uplift, and the presence of a friendly host added a nice touch. Dining was a hit and miss with a beautifully presented breakfast but lacking other meal options. All in all, an experience with highs and lows.
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were lovely, clean, and comfortable, although a bit too dark for my liking. The staff was extremely attentive and friendly, making my first stay just minutes away from Glasgow City truly special. The location was excellent for exploring the West End on foot and accessing local transport options easily. The dining experience was more than sufficient with a variety of options available. Overall, a great value for the money.
